Tract 2: S ½ of the S ½ of 13-20-37, containing 169.18 acres of dry land cropland planted to wheat
Tract 3: Combination of tracts 1 & 2 Tract 4: N ½ of the S ½ of 13-20-37, and a 32 acre tract of land on the SE corner of the NE ¼ of 13-20-37 containing 169.40 acres of native pastureland

Taxes: 2025 Taxes: Tract 1: $707.52 and Tracts 2 & 4: $1257.18 Seller to pay 2025 and prior years taxes.
Buyer to pay 2026 taxes.
