Land Location: From Syracuse 18 miles north on Highway 27 and 3.5 miles west.

      314.3 acre tract of dry land farmland, with approximately 160 acres in growing wheat, balance in wheat stubble.

Mineral Rights: Sellers to retain all mineral rights.

 

Title Insurance: Buyer and Seller to split  the cost of title insurance 50%-50%.

 

Possession: Buyer to receive possession on wheat stubble at closing, on growing wheat after 2010 wheat harvest. Buyer to receive landlords 1/3 share of the growing wheat. Buyer to pay for 1/3 of the fertilizer, on the growing wheat. Buyer to reimburse tenant for spraying of wheat stubble.
